Jennifer Peters is a passionate entrepreneur, business owner, and creative at heart who loves bringing ideas to life in meaningful ways. As co-owner of The Platinum Group real estate team, The Guava Manor, Flourish Staging, Madelynn Rose Boutique, and part-owner of Countdown Title, she has built each business with intention, care, and a focus on people first.

Jennifer has a natural ability to blend creativity with practicality. Whether she’s helping families find the right home, designing beautiful spaces, or curating pieces for the boutique, her goal is always the same: to create experiences that feel personal, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together.

She cares deeply about her community and loves supporting local businesses and building genuine connections. For Jennifer, success isn’t just about business, it’s about creating spaces where people feel comfortable, inspired, and at home.

She lives in Brevard County with her husband and four children, and when she’s not working, you’ll usually find her spending time with family and friends or dreaming up her next creative project.
